Women have the power to change their own lives and the lives of those around them if they are given the proper resources. That is Lily's Leaves' impact. It's about regaining independence, respect, and confidence in the most attractive way possible—it's not simply about developing new skills.

The organization has been supporting these women with training in tailoring, jewelry making, and eco-friendly product creation. Every course is adapted with love, patience, and care so that even those with hearing difficulties or limited literacy can thrive.
This inclusive approach is what defines Lily’s Leaves impact—an impact that gives voices to those who have long been silenced.
The goal of Lily's Leaves' skill-training programs is to change people, not just teach them. Women have received training thus far in:
Currently, the organization is conducting its third batch of tailoring training in Sarlahi, with over 45 women trained so far. After completing their course, every participant receives a sewing machine, necessary accessories, and a certification, turning learning into a real livelihood.
These programs don’t just teach; they ignite change. This is the actual Lily’s Leaves impact—giving women the skills to rise.
