I am Shirishti Sharma. I cannot speak or hear. I have been working with Lily Leaves for nearly 1.5 years and I am a jewelry artist and tailor. Lily Leaves has made a significant impact in empowering people like me financially and materially by providing jewelry making and tailoring training. I am grateful that I am no longer a burden to anyone. The difference in me before joining Lily Leaves and now is remarkable. Despite the conservative and discriminatory attitudes in our society, I am now able to stand on my own two feet and even provide some financial support for my family.
